Ethnic Albanian criminals killed two Serbian law enforcment officers,
wounded one
Dear Friend,
Two Serbian law enforcment officers were killed and one wounded in the
Pristina suburb of Emsirovo, Serbia's southern province of Kosovo and
Metohija, early on Sunday while trying to arrest two hardened ethnic
Albanian criminals.
Siblings Aslan and Bekim Aslani and their father Megdi Aslani first threw a
hand grenade and then opened automatic fire, killing Milovan Blagojevic, 32,
and Dragan Velic, 36, and wounding Dragan Trajkovic.
An investigation into the incident showed that Megdi Aslani had thrown a
hand grenade at Velic who had first entered the house. All three of them
opened fire at Velic with Heckler guns and then shot him three times in the
head at point-blank range.
Blagojevic died of head wounds inflicted by the Aslani siblings. Trajkovic,
who was wounded in the incident, was transferred to the clinical centre in
Pristina and his condition is stable.
The criminals, who stripped the killed policemen of their automatic rifles
and walkie-talkies, managed to escape.
The police have blocked the area and are looking for the perpetrators of the
crime.
The investigation was conducted in the presence of verifiers of the
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) mission to Kosovo
and Metohija.
Sincerely Yours,
